Our story
About Fresh Start Counseling Center
We believe that every person deserves a safe, compassionate space to heal, grow, and find their way forward. That belief is at the heart of everything we do.
Jacqueline Spriggle
LCSW — Licensed Clinical Social Worker
With over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families, Jacqueline brings both deep expertise and genuine warmth to every therapeutic relationship. She understands that reaching out for help takes courage — and she is honored to walk alongside her clients on that journey.
Jacqueline earned her undergraduate degree from Lock Haven University and her graduate degree from Widener University. Over the course of her career, she has worked with people across a wide range of life experiences, always with a commitment to meeting each person exactly where they are.
Her areas of specialty include trauma, grief and loss, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She approaches each of these areas with patience, skill, and a deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit.
Jacqueline believes that healing is not a straight line — and that's okay. Her role is to provide a steady, judgment-free presence as clients navigate the challenges that brought them in and discover the strengths they already carry within them.
