Individual Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming — anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, major transitions, and more can leave us feeling stuck or alone. Individual therapy offers a confidential, one-on-one space where you can explore what's weighing on you, develop new coping strategies, and move toward the life you want.

We work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety and stress, depression and mood concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma and PTSD, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem and identity.

Sessions are tailored to your goals and pace. There's no rush here — healing unfolds in its own time, and we're honored to walk alongside you.

Our approach

We draw on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.

Family Counseling

Families are complex, beautiful, and sometimes hard. Whether you're navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, a major life change, or the aftermath of loss, family counseling creates a structured, safe space where every voice is heard and every relationship can grow.

We work with families of all shapes and sizes — blended families, single-parent households, multigenerational families, and more. Our goal is to help you rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen the bonds that matter most.

Family therapy can also be a powerful support during transitions like divorce, relocation, a new sibling, or the challenges of raising a teenager.

Our approach

Our family work is collaborative and strengths-based — we focus on what's working and build from there.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

Children and teenagers face real challenges — social pressures, academic stress, family changes, anxiety, and more. Young people deserve a therapist who truly gets them: someone who speaks their language, respects their experience, and creates a space where they feel genuinely safe.

We work with children and adolescents on anxiety and worry, school-related stress, behavioral concerns, social difficulties, family transitions, grief, and self-esteem. For younger children, we incorporate play-based and expressive techniques that make therapy feel natural and engaging.

We also partner with parents and caregivers throughout the process — because supporting a child's growth is a team effort.

Our approach

We use developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches including play therapy, CBT for youth, and family-inclusive models.
